Hyco Lake is located between Roxboro, NC and
Danville, VA on Hwy 57N. or Roxboro about 9 mile so we are convenient from most anywhere in central NC
and VA.

9500 Semora Road, Leasburg, NC 27291
Directions from Burlington/Greensboro, NC
- Take Hwy 85 towards Durham.
- Exit 150 and go up the ramp.
- Turn left and cross back over 85 going by the Flying J
- Go thru the next stop light towards hwy 49.
- At the Hwy 49 intersection, there is a road directly to the right.
- Turn right onto Bacon Road.
- Go down Bacon about 4 miles to intersection.
- Turn left on Mebane Rogers Rd. and be prepared to turn right in
1/10 of a mile on Miles Chapel Rd.
- Go to the end to the intersection and turn right onto Dickey Mill
Rd.
- Go to the end of Dickey Mill and turn left onto Hwy 119.
- Go to the stop sign. Continue across Hwy 49 down 119.
- You'll follow 119N. for several miles near Leasburg and on to
Semora at the flashing light.
- Turn left onto Hwy 57S. toward Roxboro
- Cross the first bridge at Hyco Lake and look for Lakeside Grill
and the Shell convenience store on the left.
- You've just arrived at the best watering hole in Person
County. Cold beer and hot wings along with the best burgers in
town. Fresh seafood on the weekend.
Interesting Sites Along the Way
- Iron Gate Winery - When you come to the intersection of Dickey
Mill Rd and 119, turn right rather than left and about a mile and
turn left onto Lynch Store Rd and it is less than a mile down the

- While at Hyco Lake, you can swim, camp or just rest in the public
access area. Just go up Kelly Brewer Rd. from Lakeside Grill
and the park is on the right in 1/2 mile.
